Components of the CRS Program

Communication Training
The program starts with Marshall Rosenberg’s Nonviolent Communication Model which is also known as Compassionate Communication.  By learning how to communicate directly from the heart, CRS clients achieve more effective and efficient communication and increase their ability to get their needs met.

Freedom from Resentments and Grudges
Gain clarity and peace through the techniques developed by Dr. Fred Luskin, Director of the Stanford Forgiveness Projects.  These powerful techniques guide our clients to new ways of addressing challenges and eliminating old ways which are not working.  Dr. Luskin’s methods are clinically proven to improve health and happiness.

Accessing Your Strength
Overcome fear and anxiety.  This simple exercise helps CRS clients redirect their energy from problems to strengths.  This allows them to shift from unconsciously reacting to circumstances to actively creating a new and more satisfying experience.

Releasing Judgments
Through The Work, by Byron Katie, CRS clients are able to move past limiting beliefs and judgments that have kept them stuck in the problem.

Other Techniques
Depending on the circumstances, other exercises and methodologies may be applied.  For example, in certain situations Shadow and Projection exercises may be appropriate.

All of these components work together to help the client achieve full and satisfactory resolution of the conflict.
